“I had been thinking about a boudoir shoot for some time even getting as far as booking one in 2016 that didn’t go ahead. For so long I regretted this thinking that at the time I was physically my best self for a shoot. How wrong I was!!

I went onto having two children quite close together and saw my body transform which at times has been challenging. I first came across Klara on Facebook, joined her wonderful women empowered group and followed along on her journey watching shoot after shoot, her incredible talent progressing and slowly feeling the courage build to get in touch and book my own. The group has become a safe haven for me especially during the pandemic. I’m inspired everyday by the many varied beautiful women Klara photographs.

Klara has created not only a business but a movement. It’s clear to me that she is not only passionate about what she does but she also cares for each individual that walks through her studio door and wants them to feel everything that we all have within us but may have lost due to the changes in life. The shoot was incredible from start to finish and is an experience I will treasure always. I have struggled with an eating disorder for many years and have body dysmophia all of which has been hugely impactful on my self image and how I perceive myself.

Klara’s professionalism alongside her infectious warmth and kindness has meant I was able to do something I once thought was never possible. I’m left with not only the incredible experience but my beautiful images that I will cherish forever more.

There really is no ‘perfect’ time for a shoot. Just do it!
